You'll start by filling out our contact form, to help us better understand your vision and needs for your future project. After, we will contact you and arrange a date and time to meet for your consultation. During our consultation, we'll walk the property and discuss your vision about your project and give you our opinions and ideas to better comandante your vision for your project.
After our consultation is completed. We take all of the information we have gathered from the consultation, use it to create one-of-a-kind design. Work endlessly making corrections on the design till you the client are satisfied with the results. Usually takes a few weeks to complete the design.
When you the client have decided on a design. We'll both sign off on the design and contract. By doing so, you the client authorized Terreno Construction to perform the work. During this time, if any permits or approval from an HOA, will submit any paperwork needed for approval.
The most exciting phase of this process. Where we bring everything to life. Once we have all necessary permits, approvals, and scheduled start date, we are ready to start. Usually depending on the size of the project or how detailed the project is, may take from one week to months to complete.
Now that we have completed your project, time to do a walkthrough. Once you are satisfied with our work and we both sign off on the contract.
